trace of the d-day

City of Caen in Normandy was greatly ruined by the Second World War bombings. I visited the places of D-day and Mémorial de Caen, which is a big museum to respect these events. I also visited the cemetary near Omaha Beach where the victims of the war are buried. Here are photos of the beach where the Allied landed, and some photos of Caen blooming today. From these events they're starting to build something new which prevents these kind of events happening again. The beach was beautiful and silent.
